I ordered dell inspiron 15 3541 laptop from snapdeal on 5th june 2015. I chose to order by EMI for 12 months but full payment was deducted. I have the invoice with proofs that the full payment of the product was deducted. Now i am getting notifications from my bank that EMI from past 2 months on the basis of are being deducted. I am also being charged interest on these EMI’s. I request you to look into the matter at the earliest and oblige and notify me too.
