I BOUGHT A DELL VENUE 7 3741 ANDROID 8GB 3G CALLING TABLET BLACK FROM SNAPDEAL ON 16.08.2015 . AND I OPEN THE TABLET AND CHECK . A DOT IN THE DISPLAY . I COMPLAINED ON THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND REQUEST TO GET A REPLACE TABLET . BUT THEY NOT GIVE PROPER ANSWER. AND NOT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE & RETURN .

    Purchased dell venue 7 3741 8 GB calling tablet against inv number S853dc/15_16/470 from patron digital service…the tablet switches off frequently within 1/2 a day without usage..I want to return it back and get a replacement please help and guide …rgds sam
