Dear sir/ madam
I had purchased a puncher note 7 phone by Snapdeal on 21 Jan and delivered me 25 jan.but phone is very poor quality,then I ordered to return and a service boy is coming 27jan and check phone,he is also satisfied my complain,he is submit my complain in complaint book and says me,you will receive a call by company and then a courier boy received ur product,then company refund you.

But ab Tak na koi call aaya,na courier boy product lene aaya,na refund hua,ek week see jyada ho Chuka h.

Plz collect your product and refund me quickly.
