i had ordered a product on snapdeal on 05th August 2015 with Order ID-7675128884, firstly they notified that my order will reach lastly by 17th August 2015, but when it did not reached on time, i contacted the customer care of Snapdeal, they lodged the complaint but took no further action, they further notified that it will reach by 25th August 2015 but it still dint reach and today is 29th August and there is no response even after complaining dozens of time. I made the payment through online banking. i am feeling very much cheated .Please help.
