Snapdeal / XpressBees – Product Not delivered

This is regarding XpressBees AWB no 1511202765567.
I have ordered a product on Snapdeal on 12th Aug 2015. The seller managed to hand over the package to courier within hours. But XpressBees took two long days to dispatch/ connect the courier to the destined city and reached bangalore after good 3 days of transit, halting over in Pune in between. Seeing that although the courier arrived in Bangalore on 16th early morning and that no attempt was made to deliver even after 3 days, I called both Snapdeal and XpressBees customer service. Snapdeal promised that the deliver will be made within 18th Aug and I assured them that I will register a complaint in Consumer-Court Forum if not delivered within 18th EOD. Meanwhile the XpressBee customer service attendee was talking foolish over the phone stating that Package is in Bangalore central and It will take some time to arrive at Bangalore East(seroiusly 3 days to move it within Bangalore?). He also acknowledged that there is some issue with this transit but did not disclose more details on this. Now the Package sits in Bangalore East with no attempts made to deliver since 2 days. I have payed full amount of INR 7,794 for this product on Snapdeal and I am very Skeptical if this package will ever reach me

Order 9811301816, Snapdeal shipped the product two weebs back and handed over to Xpressbess courier, that courier is dead no progress no update no response to emails and no response to phone calls … so xpressbees is most worst like DEAD, I do not know thether they deliver the product or not, I have been following up with Snapdeal raised so many tickets but no update they have given to me, they will ask 3 days ridiculous amount of time after the ticket is raised, even then, no update after a week, so Snapdeal Support is worst
