Hi – I have placed order on 31st Aug 2021 for a Bicycle with Gear Light Weight in the Sofex.in website. I have paid Rs. 2,199.00 and received the sms with the order number as #1895. After 2 weeks also no delivery received and the link provided in the sms is not working now. While trying to browse and check there is no proper website nor contact details to check on the order.
Kindly register the complaint and help me in this regards. Thank you.
