I have seen an ad on a site which is posted by sofex.in that customer can purchase a cycle at a minimum cost. I purchased a bycycle and paid online amount of Rs 1999/- I got a mail but when I am trying to contact on their number which is posted on their site. The provided number doesn’t not exist. Please help me to find out my refund of Rs 1999/- take necessary action against them. It totally fraud company.
