I got a message from www.sofex.com on 27/08/2021 about a shifting shock absorber bicycle at a cost price of Rs 27999 and offer rate of Rs 2199 and the website had a countbdown timer telling only limited number of bicycles were available. So out of curiosity i booked the bicycle and the website prompted me for a immediate payment due to covid restrictions. I was not given an option of cash on delivary. The only option left for me to book the bicycle was through Gpay (Razorpay) in which again they gave me a choice of free delivary and express delivary , if made a payment of Rs 2199 for the bicycle and Rs 299 for express delivary . Total amount of Rs 2498 was debited from my account. Received a message from sofex.in that we will inform when the shipment will be sent and thanking for the payment of Rs 2498.And i wanted to share the website to my friend on 02/09/2021 i was shocked to know that the website was fake and was cheating the public.I kindly request you to take necessary action on sofex bicycle company and also on youtube and arrange for the refund of Rs 2498 from my side were the payment was made clearly and legally made online. Kindly request you to take severe action and speedy justice to the affected persons like me. Thanking you, Mahendran Parthasarathi.
