I have ordered a bicycle from sofex online on 28th Aug with prepaid payment and till date they not updated the status of my purchase. I tried to reach through their mail ID/ contact number but both option to contact are not working out. I guess company put the offer with huge discount and finally cheating to the customer. I request to take neccessary action
