I am Manoj Shah having Club Mahindra membership & wanted to rent the holidays as I could not utilize the entire Holidays. Sosa Holidays has approached me mentioning they will rent my holidays at better price. so I took membership of Sosa Holidays on 9th February 2016 – membership No. SH009-0510, for the 5 years i.e. to rent the 5 weeks one week every year. I paid Rs. 12000/-. Sosa has never approached me to rent a holiday once they collected money. I tried to chess them whenever possible but kept on getting excuses like holiday market is down & can not rent holidays. In January I sent mail to Mr. Bivin Thomas that I will go to consumer court to which he had sent the response Quote “Dear Sir,We apologies for inconvenience cause to you. As total management of Sosa Enterprises is changed due to some official reason so you can contact us by 1st Feb in given contact number or our team will get back to you for the same. So please do cooperate so that we can serve you better in future.” . After this again no response from His side on the issue. If I call their office, again they say they will try to rent my holidays ASAP but not assuring any date. I requested them to return my money on which they are keeping mum., What should I do?
