Hi.
A 40000 prepayment was paid when we made a reservation for a package to Kashmir one month ago.
Every other day we have been attempting to follow up with the service team, but they have not responded.
We are tortured every hour, all for the sake of getting the advance payment.
It’s over as soon as it’s received.
Not a single call, not a decent reply from them.
I’ve been under a lot of stress for the past month and I don’t want to continue organising my trip with SOTC.
Since I received no service in exchange for the advance payment that I made, I would like to cancel my travel plans and ask that you refund my money.
