I had booked a 2BHK apartment with Splendid Group Bangalore, India. The total cost of the apartment was Rs 34 lacks of which i paid Rs 32 lacks within 90 days. After this there was no demand from Splendid Homes and I thought that they will take the rest of the money only after the completion of the flat. Only after 2.4 years they call me and told me that i must go to their office within a week otherwise my registration would be cancelled. After this, when I went to their office Splendid builders near Bangalore, Karnataka people told me that now we are not able to provide the apartment in 13blacks so you need to give extra 3 lacks or you can cancel our booking, we will return your whole money with interest at the time of cancellation. So, according to their statement I have cancelled our booking from Splendid Group | Real Estate Builders & Development but still they have not refunded any money. I have spent so much time for taking our money back but still it is left with them. I can’t believe on such type of fraud real estate by Splendid Group Bangalore, India Company.
