I booked Splendid Royale flat in Bangalore constructed by Splendid Group., Headed by Mr. Ram Mohan Vora ..The builder has promised lot of things during the booking and he has not delivered 50% of what has been promised, Local lifts were installed …They deviated from the plan, constructed 2 illegal pent houses, reduced the setback by 2 feet Lot of sepages and cracks have developed…Swimming pool was not planned professionally…

I also agree with this complaint. They should be punished and asked to return the money to flat owners.
