When Splendid Group Initiated the construction of these 2 pent houses, we objected it and below is the response we got from Splendid Group Customer Care, Every buyer has invested their hard earned money and feels cheated

Regarding your query dated on 13th March, 2012 on Block ‘A’ Top Floor Flat under tank
We have taken permission for the over head tank slab , we are constructing the flat under the same.
We are assuring from splendid group, that the purpose of constructing the flat is for purely splendid group employees only which
are part of project Splendid Royale Maintenance& not for the others,

If splendid employees will not reside in the mentioned flat that will remain empty and there will no Financial Transaction will
happen on the same

This issue is not at all related to NOC’s and Khata transfer, e,t,c.. at all.
