Hi all.

I am from splendid lake dews, we have purchased the flat aug-2015, i have observed that the builder is bad, he dont care customers, once booking and agreement is done, then you will payment notices

Subject: “splendid lakedews” payment notice

Dear xxxxxx,

Subject: reg: your flat xxx ‘b’pending payment.

We are not receiving payments as per 60% progress of work. We are requesting you to pay your due amount of rs.4, 50, 000/- rupees four lakh fifty thousand only).

Payment details:

Total sale consideration is rs. Xxxx/-

Your paid amount of rs. Xxx/-

Due amount is rs.4, 50, 000/- (60% of the work has been completed)

Total due amount rs.4, 50, 000/-

Kindly pay your due amount within a duration of 7 days from this day. Or else we will send notice for cancellation

(Note:-agreement was done on xxxx, raised demand letter on xxx for completion of 60% work. From this day 15 days time will be available for you to make the payment but still we have not received payments as per work progress. Because of this delay interest will be applicable for mentioned due amount for 24% per annum till xxxx)

Dear rammohan, when you take money from us why you dont complete the works on time, what is the issue
You dont have decency about customers, complete all the works like lift, cracks and amenities or else we will drag into consumer court

Hi all, dont buy any flats in splendid group, lake dews, elite and skylines
