We have purchased flat in splendid elite in block d , as per construction agreement date the possession date mentioned is Jan-2016, as of now the builder not handedover and the payment was done correctly, now when we asking compensation for per sqft, builder talking nonsense….
pls dont buy any flats in elite, the construction quality is very poor, very low quality wood material, low quality walls, windows, wires
dont come with fraud builder, while booking the marketing team talks very smoothly then the builder starts harrassement after agreement
