When I had my two toilets redesigned by square yard interior company, I had a terrible experience.
The salesperson will go to great lengths to obtain an advance payment, and then you are hit.
There were many hidden details in the quotation that the customer wasn’t made aware of, and it didn’t include everything that was needed.
Everything is outsourced to vendors, and there is no team coordination, which results in quality problems and implementation that doesn’t follow the approved design.
100% Even before any work is delivered, an advance payment is requested at the beginning, and you are forced to follow up endlessly. As a result, the entire delivery process took longer than two months.
They lacked knowledge in the selection of the materials, and the procurement of the tiles took three weeks without justification.
We were forced to make concessions and limit our choice to a different brand than what was initially offered because the original selection of tiles made was not honored.
The chosen floor tiles were represented as having a matte finish, which was repeatedly confirmed; however, what was actually delivered had a different finish, resulting in a slippery surface for which no fix was offered.
Although delay compensation was promised during advance payment, they later wiped their hands clean without providing a valid justification.
I felt deceived by this company in many ways, and choosing square yard was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made in my life because I had to endure such agony.
Please think twice before doing business with them because I found their approach to be wholly unprofessional and not focused on the needs of the customer.
