Square Yards
I am writing this with a very big disappointing incident that i went through through company based in Mumbai. On 5th Jan, i finalised a flat on rental basis through square yards, and as per the condition we locked the flat by paying 20,000 in advance.
As per our conversations with team , we were suppose to get possession on 1st Feb, so we decided to do the agreement on 27th of Jan. I was regularly following you with one of the agents SAURABH SHARMA, and he assured me everything is going smooth.
I clearly mentioned that we can’t make any changes as the person staying the flat is traveling from different city. So on 25th of Jan again, we got a assurity from the team that we are okay and everything is under control.
Then on the day of agreement, we get a call from your team stating that we can’t get this flat because of some society issues regarding bachelors. We were just shocked we couldn’t understand what to do and where to go and whom to talk to about this.
It was like very big mess for us. I understand at times societies don’t permit, but isn’t it your teams fault to do this and follow this procedure much in advance? Thesales person mr saurabh sharma is nothing but a scammer, he has troubled us in every possible way, he has been misrepresenting to us about each and everything.
We have faced a lot of issues because of this and there has been no compensation or explanation from head management. We are really disappointed with this and we want you to take strict action against Mr saurabh sharma. He is nothing but a SCAMMER.
The tenant was suppose to fly from another city, for which she booked the flights and transportation. We had to cancel everything and pay the cancellation charges for the same.
