My AC has not been working for quite some time now, and despite raising multiple complaints with the Stanza staff, no proper action has been taken so far. Every time I follow up, I am told that a new AC has already been ordered and will be installed soon. However, it has been over a month, and there is still no update on when it will actually be delivered or installed.
In the meantime, I am being asked to shift to another room. This does not seem like a practical or permanent solution. If the AC in the new room also does not function properly, will I be asked to shift again? Constantly moving rooms is inconvenient and does not address the root of the problem.
I also find it difficult to understand why the delivery of a basic appliance like an AC is taking such a long time. Typically, such items do not take several weeks to be delivered and installed. This delay reflects a lack of urgency and proper management.
I request that this issue be resolved at the earliest, either by repairing the existing AC or ensuring immediate installation of a new one. A clear timeline and proper communication regarding the resolution would be highly appreciated.
