This is regarding the mail that has been sent to me. It was in reply to our mail where me (Akanksha Raj) and my roomate (Prasansa Jaiswal) had sent a mail to [email protected] about the adjustment of advance rent and security of the twenty two thousand that we have paid in advance (for the details of the background of our case, please refer to the first attachment)
I received a reply back email from the [email protected] saying that they will adjust the security and advance payment, as we had asked. (Refer second attachment) We communicated it to the members of Stanza Living here to do the needful, and they are trying to straight up disclaim the reply email.
They (we are not naming names here because our only intention here is to have our issues be sorted) are trying to manipulate us, saying that “our understanding” of the said reply email from Stanza is “different from their understanding” when it is literally just two sentences that are in favour of our request, and there’s barely any room for interpretation or understanding. They’re also harassing us by being extremely disrespectful and threatening us saying that they will have another mail sent from Stanza Living that would disclaim the previous response from your end.
In what world is that fair or even justified? Does that not taint the name of your company? We have screenshots, all relevant call recordings and have done our due end of communication in a timely manner.
Moreover we and our concerned Salesperson have been constantly telling them we want to meet them or preferably any higher authority in-person, but they are adamant on just yelling over call itself and being blatantly disrespectful. The matter is getting out of hand and we want involvement from proper authority at the EARLIEST.
We are grossly disappointed, to say the very least, and are driven to the state where we regret choosing Stanza Living for the past three years, because this is the kind of treatment that we’re getting at the end of the three years. We are highly esteemed students of the college and our words have brought a lot of residents to Stanza Living in the said period. However, this bitterness from the current situation has us questioning our decisions and leaves much to be said after. All we hope for now, is not to get defrauded, honestly.
