I recently returned to my hometown on personal business and learned via a WhatsApp group that I needed to leave my apartment because it was being transferred to another company without notifying me first. Without my permission, they packed up some of my belongings, including a bucket mug and other items, and left them at the front desk. Is missing from it, they are currently not returning my calls, and I have not received any mail regarding my 14k deposit refund.
