I lived at one Syzran House property for eight months, and when I first reserved my room, I had to pay a Rs 6000 deposit.
I then chose to pay an extra Rs 6000 for the retention facility in order to guarantee my reservation for a longer time frame.
I regretfully had to cancel my reservation and find another place to stay because of unanticipated events and a deterioration in the general quality of services.
I was informed when I made my first reservation that my deposit would be returned to me in the event that my tenancy ended.
As per our original agreement, I kindly ask that you handle the refund of my deposit, which amounts to Rs 6000.
Considering the terms and conditions we decided upon during the booking process, I think this is a reasonable request.
