I am sure this might will help many people, unfortunately, I am the victim of one of this fraud immigration services who promised Jobs / Visa and migrations services for a fee. They even promised a full refund within a year. The name of the immigration services is “Stratix” their service will be only good in the beginning and once your money is collected then it will be different. I paid the money in Sep 2019 and till now nothing has been done to my application. Each and every time you need to continuous call them ending up with no response. They will not update or reply to your emails and give fake reasons that occur just to let you wait more about the progress of your application.
When I initiated my refund in June 2022 and received a mail in Sep 2022 saying that it is under process. Initially I believed them then I understood it was all fake and this person Arvind who first promised me that he will get me the refund; from April 2023 he was giving me reasons and prolonging and one time he also suggested me to file a case asking for a refund. Another person so called manager Kiran most of the time he is on holiday and has health reasons to avoid in replying to my messages nor attend the calls. On 16 April 2023 they informed management has approved my refund and by 10 May 2023 you will get the final decision. Now i clearly understood these are all fake and Stratix has never kept up the words in updating or replying. Again continuously i followed up and since they did not had any reasons and exhausted of their lies they sent me a mail on 16 May 2023 saying that management has denied the refund.
Still there is no valid reason to deny my refund nor they could explain me what was the service rendered to me and can only understand whatever our hard earned money is their revenue to pay their incapable staffs.
They are super professionals in cheating and collecting money, playing with others emotions and providing false hopes.
