Placed order a 2 month ago…paid online in advance….did not receive any acknowledgement email

there is no Indian phone number to call up an inquire

emailed them on [email protected]

received a reply stating order is on the way but without tracking details

Requested tracking information thrice so far, there has not been any response so far
