I had ordered a belt from suaves store. After a few days a package arrived and they sent wrong belt. I asked for an exchange and they agreed after 2 weeks. Once i returned the wrong item sent by them I was told i would receive my original order within 3 to 5 days. It has been one month. I have tried to contact the store and they do not respond to any of my emails or phone calls. Whats worse is that they have a whatsapp support number which is online and still ignores my messages!
