suavestore.com is a fraud online shopping site.Wrong products has been delivered and it’s been over 10days that the reverse pickup has not been initiated.I’ve been calling the customer support everyday, neither they are taking my calls nor replying to my msgs.Only now after reading the reviews I got to know that a lot of people has been cheated, and that after the reverse pickup has been done,customers have been cheated with no refund nor the items being replaced.

I received my order on 10th March (Order#11001705209 Shipment No# CHDTAGC100112) today but regretfully both LV Shoes and Hermes belt is not fitting my size and does not looks like original as well. I requested them to take their packet multiple times over the email and their whats app no# however they are not responding to my request. Neither the materials are being picked up. I paid in cash to the delivery boy. Its been more than 10 days now.
They are fraud and through online they are cheating lot of customers like me. Can anyone help me to know what legal action I can take to get my money back. I want strict action against these fraud and fake company.
Can you please arrange to collect the packet ASAP and refund the amount (in full) which I paid to the courier person. Quick action on the said matter will be highly appreciated.
