Dear sir / Madam, my name is Irshad Wani and I’m from Srinagar Kashmir I ordered a product from www.suavestore.com on COD for 4999 INR. On receiving the package and making full payment I opened the package to find the delivered wrong product so I contacted them and returned the product.
They promised to send me the correct product in a week, but it’s been more than ten months and now they don’t receive my calls or reply to mails or chat and don’t even give my money back.
My order no. Is 11001706077 (placed on April 17, 2016 6:25:15 PM IST)
Please bring them to task for ripping of common people.
