I ordered one necklace set. my order was not satisfied what I was expected. So I returned back the product with the procedure what they said. They sent one address and they asked me to sent that item through courier with their returning confirmation mail. I paid an amount on cash on delivery mode. So they asked my account details to refund the amount i had send the bank details with that courier. PURCHASE DETAILS – consignment number is 47265860460.my Order is SP17163145.
COURIER DETAILS – The courier name is FRANCHISE EXPRESS NETWORK TRACKING NUMBER IS 47265860460.
COURIER DATE IS 10/10/2017. PLEASE KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I THINK THEY ARE FRAUD. KINDLY DO SOME TO MY COMPLAINT

  3. I have purchased one necklace set and found to be faulty. I have mailed them regarding this but didn't get any response till even after 2 days. It seems these people are least bothered about the complaints. It's not a good site to buy any jewellery.
