I have the customer of sun direct dth service provider since 2010, from 5-5-2016 till 11-5-2016 without any reason I’m not able to view channels but the channel name and schedule is displayed no error message is also displayed. On continous calling to dth service provider my call got connected with Amit Gupta one of the executive of the service provider and I asked him what is the issue and I told to provide me solution but that guy didn’t bothered and disconnected the call. My complaint is why can’t they provide uninterrupted service
