I had placed complaint requesting Sun Direct DTH service provider to replace antena since it has fallen apart on 17/10/2016 morning. It has been 10 days and I didn’t get any response for handling the issue. Every time they make false promise that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Finally the technician whom they suggest (Got a call from technician on 8th day) are saying they don’t handle our location issues. We had furnished complete address with pincode at the time of lodging the complaint. They are not attending to our issue even after 10 days. I am really frustrated with them. Kindly help.
