I got call from sunstar club to have meeting in hyatt, ahmedabad.in meeting they demonstrated about new club and option of hotel stay 12 nights every year for 20 years. I had some doubt so they gave option to pay rs. 15, 000 and get experience of one property for 2 night. I booked hotel lila and they gave one letter of booking after few follow up. But when i confirm with hotel, there is no such booking either on my name or with club’s name or any other name they kept. Sales people keep on saying it will be done and just go and visit but i cannot invest flight ticket for this. When i go and meet ceo of club, he clarify that sales people gave wrong commitment and they cannot afford to give booking in this amount. I still tried that give booking in madhuban resort. But they again say day i asked is not available. Earlier they were saying 2 rooms are always booked for their name and they can give any time even today. Their ceo agreed to cancel the membership and give refund. He called me at office. But in their office again they started give application, it will go in process. I asked for date for refund and they gave one date but after 1 week of that date also they are not giving refund.in this whole process they don’t reply in email and now they also don’t answering calls.
This shows that it is possibly fraud attempt and they are creating 10 members every day and getting 1.5 lac from them. They may give couple of night but after that on one day they will shut down everything.
