Material purchased is not suitable for my self use and I am not comfortable with the product being a Sr.citizen of 81 years old suffering from frozen shoulders and spondylitis.i tried to contact them but,getting no reply and sent emails but so far there is no response.product is with me in unused and unplugged condition. .please help
