I have ordered a prada bag which has got delivered today, but that’s not the product i selected. i have ordered for black one but the delivered one is off white in colour. And the quality of the bag is also very poor , spots in it, dirty. This is very upsetting.
I have called the customer care no( 180030700360) so many times. But no response was there. The live support is not providing any positive answer. No answer on the mails i sent.

Suave store is the biggest cheater. I had ordered a Michael Khors bag but the wrong product was delivered. I have been chasing suave store to replace since 7th April and called on 1800 number but nobody responds. Also on whatsapp no one responds.the zotdot packers also came and collecyed the wrong delivered bag and now its been more than 1.5 months and noone has replaced the bag for me. They have the bag and my 9000k money with them. I need the bag replaced or my money refunded otherwise I will go to consumer court.
