Ordered a Kurti Palazzo from their website swazia.in for INR 840. The product delivered is very low in quality and not at all usable and very different from the images displayed on their website. The website and product details guaranteed easy returns within 15 days. However, There is no mechanism to track the order back on their website. Tried placing a return from their website as well as through calls and e-mails. Their phone number is switched off always. And no one is responding back on emails. This is a fraud website, it seems.

I ordered kurti and plazo from vintage creations and they just send me 1 piece of cloth and when I call them in given phone numbers, then all the no are fake. I am very much disappointed. Please address my issue or I should go to consumer court.
