I have ordered for a mobile worth Rs.14000/- through Syber Place on 02nd January 2016 and Cancelled the order for not shipping it after 10 days. My order was cancelled before 15th January 2016 and still I haven’t received my refund. I have made so many calls regarding this and sent mails also to the customer care, but there is no reply from their side so far. Already I have paid 2 months EMI for the above order.
