Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Gionee Mobile from Syber Place on 26 Feb 16 @10,499/-, They ensure that they will deliver the product within 7-13 days.But, after passing 20 days products not provide by company to us. Moreover , Customer care no dint response; shows no busy and also not respond over mail. i have also informed to Hdfc bank regarding this issue. But, bank has not taken appropriate decision regarding this.

I request you to please give justice .
