Hi,
My name is Sourav Goswami, I ordered an ‘Iphone 6’ on 27th Dec 2015 against an order number 100050651 by paying INR 36999, but they failed to ship my order till 4th jan 2016 so I had to cancel the order. I waited till jan end for the refund, seeing no progress, I started contacting them in the month of Feb via mail and phone calls requesting for the refund. They always said that its under process. In that month of April they sent me a cheque against my refund. I have deposited the cheque twice but each time it got bounced owing to insufficient funds. I tried to contact them regarding this issue but they have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. Now the last date for cheque deposition is also lapsed. Its been nine months since im waiting for my refund. I request you to please approach ‘Syberplace E solutions’ and instruct them to arrange for the refund.
