I purchased symphony cooler WT45156 on 10TH JUNE 2018 through flipcart. On first day I noticed the coooling system was not working properly, after repeated request they replaced the cooler. But my surprise they gave me the defected cooler whoose cooling system was worse than the first one. After repeated complaint they only able to send some technician who just wasted our time without being able to resolved the issues. moreover the last technician said its cooler so u will only get air flow , it may not be able to cool down your room. How a techinician can utter this nonsense? with regular tap water if its not able to produce cool air, then its not working. ITs a simple thing. customer care people saying we can not replace..what is the meaning of this?..if your product is not working you should do something to resolve the issue. if your technician can not make it working mean cool airflow, u bound to replace it. i request just stop cheat people. Two senior citizens are suffering in this hot climate because of defective symphony product. Shame on you symphony. Tomorrow I will file a case in consumer court, if u are not resolving this issue within 24 hours.
