On April 22, I placed an order with Symphony for a product with order number Order #65842-1, which was shipped via Delhivery and was supposed to arrive on April 27. However, they have not delivered the product and have made up an excuse for why it couldn’t have happened.
I tried calling customer service at Symphony, but the number never connects.
The product is not delivered, so I need a refund.
