i was going to office on my bike ,i had kept my mobile phone in my pocket ,on my way i realized that my phone is missing
from my pocket,i stopped and checked the phone was missing,it had fell from my pocket , i searched all the way and also inquired some persons also in the way if they have found or seen some budy picking up my cell phone but no budy had seen.I then quickly went to my office took my friend phone and called to my own number the bell was going but no budy replied the next time i called the phone was switched off.I tried several times but phone was switched off.I than registered fir in police and also blocked the sims which i lost on the same day 7 th of October 2016 .Now i went for insurance company and lodged complaint of phone missing and theft as the phone was insured by syska gadget secure company.But they said that as the phone has fallen from your pocket its an act of negligence they are not going to compensate it it is against company law .But i have seen their clause no were mentioned falling of gadget from pocket and got stolen is an act of negligence.
So sir please intervene i fell like i am getting cheated.
