I ordered on Talabat 2 boxes of baby formula for my son. As you know these get quite expensive. Anyhow, Talabat delivered the wrong baby formula and as you know for children this is something that cannot be tolerated. I contacted customer service (Through chat, no telephone option anymore) and explained to them the mess up plus I sent them a picture of the receipt and a picture of the incorrect formulas that were delivered. I told them to either replace it with the correct order or pick up the incorrect order and refund. They have since refused to do either and every time I open the case they close it. It is extremely frustrating especially that there is no telephone number to call them.
I’m very disappointed with the way they are treating an old loyal customer. I have been using their services for you for years and multiples times daily. They will be losing all my future business and I will also be telling all my friends about the way they handled this situation.
