I ordered a logitech wireless mouse from Tata cliq on 21st July. I got that on 23rd July through cash on delivery. The mouse was an old one and not working properly. So I requested a return for that product. It was picked up by gojavas courier on 25th July. I mailed them my bank account details as asked by them. It’s more than one month past. But I have not got my money refunded into my account. They even don’t reply to my mail. Whenever I call them, they give me false assurance that I will get my money refunded within 2-3 days. They are continuously cheating since last 1month. My order no.160721-000-133136. My contact no 9439099911
