I have place online order with Tata Cliq No. 101999614 dt. 21/042018 and I have made the payment as well. I haven’t got the delivery of the order yet and neither there is any update from Tata Cliq. I have approached them 5 times in last 6 days to their customer care and thru online query. But haven’t got satisfactory answer nor the delivery of material. I requested them to cancel the order yesterday which they earlier regret to accept and when I insisted to talk to senior they agreed to cancel. But even after 24 my cancel request is not processed. The situation is that I haven’t got the delivery neither the order is cancelled so that I can get refund and over an above there is response from Tata Club. Wasn’t expecting such kind of service from brand like Tata. Please consider my complaint for justice.
