i had booked the branded shoes on 13th July 2017 ant Product was available at the time the booking and also my booking was confirmed. But they cancel the request on 14th July 11:53 PM and for which they never intimated through message or mail. When i asked them about cancellation reason they don’t have any answer, also they are not sure when i will get refund, they said it would take 15 working days. Just imagine the kind of order what they are getting online in a day and if they cancel just few orders in the name of technical issue how much money they will be making in a day in the suspense account and the most of the time there is no refund of Rs.400 to 500 is been done. Nice way to make the money.
If the customer call to customer care either they are rude or the pass on the call to supervisor who start apologizing or at last he will compensate you with coupon of Rs.100 which you will never receive. Perfect idea to make huge money in the brand name of TATA and the interest can be earned on the money lying in suspense account.

Tata cliq is a fraud company doesn’t buy any products from them they are scammers when compared to other online player in India.
