Hi Sir,

I made a online purchase of footwear on https://www.tatacliq.com/. I Placed a order on 16-Feb-2018. and i raised a return request on on 20-Feb-2018. but in website it is showing satus as “Returned”. but till date (20-mar-2018) representative from tata cliq didn’t collected the product from me. I called twice to tata ciq customer care, they are saying that this issue will be resolve with in 24 hours but it wont resolve.
