I placed an one line order for purchase of a Voltas Air cooler from Tata Cliq (order ref: 100649564). Against my order a a faulty Voltas air cooler was delivered to me and that also much after due delivery date. As item was faulty , I placed a return order for which a ticket no. 4000879163 was given to me . Since the placement of my return order , the tracking module of Tata cliq is showing that return is in progress but even after expiry of one week nobody from their logistic agency has come to pick up the product . Moreover people from Voltas care are compelling me over phone to get serviced / repaired the faulty item through them as the item is under warranty . This is pathetic and such an approach from a Tata enterprises was never expected as Tatas always claim to practice ethical business .

I am very much bewildered & sad to see this cheating approach from Tata cliq . I have spent my hard earned money of Rs. 5200/- on purchase of above cooler which is with me now in an unusable condition. I request you to please take up my case with Tata Cliq for the return of faulty product received after due delivery date & refund of my Rs.5200/-
