Have bought a TV(VU 43pm) from Tatacliq site on 19-Jul-20 (Order iD:108600578 )and after multiple follow-ups product got delivered on 27-Jul-20. Even after delivery of product, the status of order is showing as “Item ready to ship” and because of this technician visit is not happening to my home to do initial demo and installation. If i open the box warranty will get void. Raised a complaint to change product status to delivered(Complaint number8291916111) Still no response after 24 hours. No proper contact option available for TataCliq. No phone number and no email to write. Please help me.
