Tata Docomo – Account no: 917645127 – Security deposit reimbursement

Earlier I have used Tata Docomo post paid connection (Account no: 917645127) and deposited the security deposit amount 1000/-, after that I have changed my network connection to airtel (with mobile portability) and I have cleared my pending bills from Tata Docomo and send a request to Docomo customer service for reimbursement of my security deposit.

It’s almost 6 months completed and I am continuously communicating with Docomo customer services about my security deposit amount, but till now my problem was not salved, after a long communication with Docomo customer service I feel that they are not serous to salve my complaint and I am wasting my valuable time.

Requesting you to suggest regarding this issue, how can I get back my money. My details given below
