tata docomo – poor service and false offer

My self umair using 8951111521 Tata Docomo network, I recharge on 02-10-13 Rs499/- 2GB 3G data pack for 2 months internet browsing. After recharge I never got the speed of 3g. I contacted customer care excutive, they told after 4 hours it will be restored,but they did not activate for 3g service. Again I called the customer care and they blocked the customer care executive contact.No. of times I tried to contact but computer feed reply received that all the customer care executives are busy.I tried so many times but could not access. I tried many times to cotact with customer care 3g activation they same reply that there is problem in the system in 4 hrs it will be restored. But they did not activate the net service. the speed of the net service was 0 to 4kbps when i checked with the speed test. On 2-10-13 they registered a complaint. I contacted customer care executive and same reply that after 4 hrs it will be restored. I told all the happening to the executive and they did not give a satisfactory reply . they did not give the proper reply. today i call to customer care they disconnect after4 – mins . Sir i am frustrated with this service and response. Tata Docomo is just cheating with customer giving offer and not providing services.sir,pls help me and refund my hard earn money Rs499
