My name is Divyesh Pradeep, my tata docomo number is 7204410333, I am hereby raising my complaint regarding TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am using the sim for past 2 years as it was my fancy number, I used to recharge for talktime offers and internet packs but I faced issues many time and complaint to customer care many times. As I receive the offers like pay 200 get 3G pack for 1.5 gb and it will never get activated and lots of issue . And I had another issue as on 02.10.2013, I activated 3G pack for 39 for 300MB of 3G data as it was mentioned when I dailed *141#, but it was charged twice @ 78rs and I received msg stating it was only for 150mb. I am not going to use the internet pack or any service until my issue is resolved, as assuming it was a trap set for me by Docomo service. I called regarding this issue to customer care but they were rude to me, hope the entire conversation is recorded so that I file a case if necessary. I also contacted from other docomo number since the call was not getting connected to customer care, 198 complaint care representative said me to mail cox he cannot log a complaint, the worst service i experienced. Requesting you to take necessary action regarding my issue.
